Ingredients:
- 250 grams of kunafa (shredded phyllo dough)
- 1/2 cup of ghee or butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 jar of Nutella
Instructions:
- Crumble the kunafa dough and add the ghee (or butter) and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Prepare a baking pan, and add half of the kunafa mixture, pressing it down evenly. Spread a layer of Nutella on top, then add the remaining kunafa mixture and press it down evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake until the kunafa is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, and garnish with more Nutella. Enjoy!
