Chicken with Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Chili pepper (to taste)
  • Your favorite shredded cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • White rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, then cook the chicken breasts until golden on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the cream is heated through.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet.
  6. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the cream thickens slightly.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and cream.
  8. Allow the cheese to melt and blend with the sauce.
  9. Serve hot with white rice.
