Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Chili pepper (to taste)
- Your favorite shredded cheese
- Heavy cream
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- White rice, for serving
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, then cook the chicken breasts until golden on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the cream is heated through.
- Return the chicken to the skillet.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the cream thickens slightly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and cream.
- Allow the cheese to melt and blend with the sauce.
- Serve hot with white rice.
