Ingredients ⬇️

  • 1Β½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon baking soda
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ΒΌ cup melted butter

Instructions ⬇️

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Beat the eggs until fluffy, then add the milk and melted butter, and whisk well. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth but not too runny.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of oil or butter. Pour a small scoop of batter into the center of the pan.
  4. Lower the heat and cook until golden brown, then flip the pancake to cook the other side until browned.
  5. Note: Wipe the pan with a clean towel and re-grease it with a little oil or butter between each pancake.
