- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
- ½ cup cooking cream
- ½ cup cooked chicken breast, diced

- Gradually sprinkle in the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the mushrooms and flour are well combined.
- Slowly add the broth while continuing to stir, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour in the milk and stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer.
- Add the cooking cream and continue stirring, letting the soup simmer for about 10 minutes, until it reaches a medium consistency.
- Finally, add the diced cooked chicken, stir it in, and let the soup heat through for another minute.
- Serve the mushroom soup hot, and enjoy!
- Bon appétit!
