Chicken Pasta with White Sauce
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta
- Start by boiling your favorite pasta until it’s cooked, then set it aside.
- Prepare the chicken
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes and sauté them in a pan with some garlic, oil, chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Set aside once cooked.
- Make the white sauce
- In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or ghee. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir until combined.
- Gradually add 2 cups of milk and ½ cup of water, season with salt and pepper, and keep stirring until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
- Combine
- Add the cooked chicken to the white sauce, stir, then mix in the cooked pasta.
