Chicken, Cheese, and Garlic Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, and sautéed garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and wrap them tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
