Chicken, Cheese, and Garlic Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, and sautéed garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and wrap them tightly.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
