Light and Delicious Brioche the Easy Way
👌Ingredients:
- 1 kg flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- Additional flour (if needed)
- 50g butter
👌Method of preparation:👌
🌹Mix the oil, water, warm milk, egg whites, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands (knead the dough for at least five minutes). Leave the dough to rise.
🌹Once risen, place a small piece of butter in the center of each portion of dough, roll it, and shape it. Brush the tops with egg yolk mixed with vanilla, and you can also add two tablespoons of milk. Optionally, you can add instant coffee.
🌹Decorate the top with sugar granules or sesame seeds, let the dough rise again, then bake in the oven.
